1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment and confirmation have been received.
2. Umrah Services 🕋
Muntazim Travel & Tours provides Umrah-related travel services, which may include Visa assistance, flight tickets, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transportation, and Ziyarat arrangements.
Visa approval is subject to the rules and decisions of the relevant authorities. Muntazim Travel & Tours cannot guarantee visa approval where the decision is made by a government authority or other third party.
3. Hotel Booking 🏨
Hotel bookings are subject to availability and the individual hotel’s policies. Room type, facilities, check-in/check-out times, cancellation rules, and other conditions may vary by property.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable hotel terms before confirmation.
4. Pakistan Tour Packages 🇵🇰
Pakistan tour packages may include transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, meals, guides, or other services depending on the selected package.
Itineraries may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, road conditions, local circumstances, safety considerations, availability, or other unforeseen situations.
5. Payments
Customers must make payments according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Certain services may require full or partial payment in advance.
Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, government charges, or supplier pricing.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the specific service or package booked. Airline, hotel, visa, transportation, and tour charges may have different cancellation conditions.
Any applicable cancellation charges or non-refundable amounts will be communicated according to the relevant booking terms.
7. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for providing valid and accurate travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and other required documentation.
Muntazim Travel & Tours is not responsible for losses or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, expired, or missing documents supplied by the customer.
8. Flight Changes & Delays ✈️
Flight schedules, delays, cancellations, baggage policies, and other airline-related matters are controlled by the respective airline. We will assist customers where possible, but we are not responsible for circumstances outside our control.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate personal and travel information.
- Follow applicable visa, airline, hotel, and local regulations.
- Arrive at airports and meeting points on time.
- Follow the instructions provided by relevant authorities and service providers.
- Respect local laws, customs, and regulations.
10. Changes to Bookings
Any request to change travel dates, passenger information, hotels, flights, or tour arrangements may result in additional charges and is subject to availability and the applicable supplier’s policies.
11. Force Majeure
Muntazim Travel & Tours will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, political or security situations, pandemics, strikes, airline disruptions, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
12. Third-Party Services
Some services are provided by third parties, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, visa service providers, and local suppliers. Their own terms, policies, and conditions may apply.
13. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, schedules, hotel information, and travel arrangements may change without prior notice.
14. Privacy
Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with relevant service providers when necessary to complete requested bookings and travel arrangements.
15. Amendments
